Every once in a while I come across a book, novel, novella, or short story that I am pleased to review. This novella, Yours To Command, by Cameron Lawton, is one of those. I appreciated his no-nonsense character interaction and story flow. The hesitant emotions shared between Rory and Jack was quite refreshing as they were pretty much honor-bound to not even to voice their hidden feelings for each other. This story comes together and concludes greatly.
I gladly give it 5 pens plus refills.

I have to honestly say that RELEASING THE BAGGAGE by Dana Littlejohn was INCREDIBLE. This story had my attention early on when we're introduced to the main character, Jerri. She is out with her girlfriends, and one of them states (forgive me as I quote):  "…and how will you know Mr. Right when he comes along if you haven't already checked off Mr. Maybe, Mr. I-Don’t-Know-Yet and Mr. Oh-Hell-No?" 
This story was so packed with twist &turns it reads like a modern day MOVIE-OF-THE-WEEK that will have people tuning in nightly just to see what happens next. I was CAPTIVATED and AWED with the realism of Dana's world of Deceit, Bitchery, true love and great sex (I'm sorry love-making).
My favorite part was, well, EVERY-SINGLE-PAGE. My least favorite part was THE END. I want to share the characters, their quirks and triumphs, but I'd end up giving the whole thing away. So you, my review readers, will simply have to trust me on this one. With that said, I humbly give this story and Dana Littlejohn 5 PENS, & all the refills and paper she could ask for.

Goddess's Review:
Steven Walling was funny, charming, witty and even a bit conceited, but it didn’t take away from his appeal. Ms. Greenglass was great as well. While she knew women of all backgrounds, ages, class and races fell victim to his will, Ms. Greenglass held her own against his charms sparring with him verbally keeping him at bay. This, of course, only made Steven want her more. I found myself cheering for him, wanting him to win his challenge. I loved this book. I laughed out loud at parts and felt bad for Steven when a few situations got out of control for him. I will be reading it again just to laugh at Steven getting caught up. It was my favorite scene.

I really enjoyed this book! Frank's best friend Reggie hooked him up with Dana because he saw something in Dana that Frank might like. He was right. Frank liked Dana on the on start and pursued him vigorously. Dana was caught in his seductive web. When their relationship goes to another level sexually, Dana found himself overwhelmed with all that Frank could be to him. With the thought that it was too good to be true he panicked and bolted. Frank and Dana get back together, it is a romance after all, but the drama they have to endure before that happens makes this book great.

Without going into too much spoiler detail I will try to break it down for you. Frank chased Dana and caught him. The situation opened his heart and Dana’s too and touched a spot inside him that completely freaked Dana out. Frank was devastated when he left. Finally he found Dana and demanded answers. They hashed out the differences and, determined to make it work, they live happily ever after. This book was a hellava ride and I enjoyed every minute of it! Also, I feel this is worth mentioning. The sex was unapologetic, in your face, hot, get down and dirty, feel good, exhausted at the end type sex…just the way I like it. Making love to one’s partner is enjoyable and beautiful, but straight up hot and heavy— hmm, I can’t seem to find a politically correct word for what fits here—let’s just say the f-ing— has its place in the bedroom as well. This book had both.

This book shows the benefits of being in the right place at the wrong time or the wrong place at the right time...whichever way you decide on, you just want to be there! Wrong Valentine is an unexpected seduction that if you forgot a gift on Valentine's Day, you could send this to your lover.

I am an avid reader of horror and zombie type books, thus I looked forward to reading this book to see how the author would incorporate lesbian sex into it. It was my first Lesbian vs Zombie read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. JS Wayne's zombies were believable and the characters realistic. The sex was hot and the story left you wanting more, but satisfied with what you got.
